Aims and Objectives

1. Raise awareness of the Health & Safety Hazards in Fish and Chip Shops.

2. Understand the benefits and costs of good and bad health and safety practices.

3. Enable staff in a fish and chip shop to work in a safe manner to ensure the health and safety of themselves, other people who work there and any customers or other visitors to the shop.
